Bioclear is a modern technique that utilizes cutting-edge technology to fabricate quality dental structures that are both functionally and aesthetically pleasing. Five distinct steps are involved in this process, and they are as follows:
- Removing Biofilm: Our dentist in Victoria will clean the surface of the tooth that requires care to get rid of bacteria and other microorganisms that can lead to cavities, staining, and infection. A clean surface ensures the restoration fully adheres to the tooth.
- Preparation: A customized restoration design is put together. Your tooth’s unique structure is considered as this is being done so the restoration fits and feels comfortable.
- Matrices: Clear, anatomical matrices are created. These special structures guarantee a more ideal shape for the restoration and help reduce distortion.
- Molding: Edges and smooth surfaces are made using a unique Bioclear injection molding technique. This step ensures that the end product does not shrink.
